This house was running a rooftop package A/C unit on an original fused meter and a service that was never sized for it. It's a common combination in older Phoenix homes: the cooling load grows over the years, and the service stays the size it was built.

We replaced the meter, the service riser and the panel with a modern 200A meter-main combination, added the exterior emergency service disconnect with code-required labeling, coordinated the utility disconnect and reconnect, and passed inspection.
