We schedule around the trades ahead of us instead of complaining about them, and we keep the panel schedule and as-builts current so the next person who opens that panel isn't guessing. On residential builds we flag the cheap upgrades that are only cheap before drywall — extra circuits, conduit for a future car charger, switch legs for future fans.
We work with builders, GCs, and owner-builders. If you're building your own place, expect us to explain the code decisions rather than hide behind them.

Ground-up electrical for a steel commercial building in Deer Valley. We trenched and installed the underground service and feeder runs to depth with warning tape, set the stub-ups and conduit before the slab pour, and roughed in the panels, lighting and wall devices around the structural steel.
