Overview
Most commercial calls we get in Phoenix fall into three buckets: a space is being fitted out for a new tenant, the existing service can't carry the equipment being added, or something keeps tripping and nobody can find why. All three come down to load — we calculate it, document it, and size the work to it, instead of guessing and coming back twice.
We pull permits where permits are required and coordinate directly with the city inspector so you aren't the middleman. If your project has a general contractor, we work to their schedule; if it doesn't, we'll give you the schedule.

A full convenience-store remodel for a Chevron Extra Mile location, wired around the store staying open. We ran power for the new coffee and cold-brew counter, food service and ice equipment, added dedicated GFCI circuits behind the fixtures, and installed the new suspended LED lighting and illuminated signage on the sales floor.

LIGHTINGA delivery-robot fleet operation needed far more capacity than the building had. We upgraded the distribution panel, then ran surface conduit and set dedicated charging circuits along the bay walls so a fleet of autonomous delivery robots can charge simultaneously without tripping anything. Clean strut-mounted EMT, labelled boxes, no cords across the floor.

ROUGH-INHigh-rise rooftop pool and spa renovation at the Optima Biltmore, where we performed the electrical scope as a subcontractor to Berlin Precision Construction Inc. (AZ ROC 316238). Our work covered a new 480V dry-type transformer and its terminations, a stainless NEMA 4X panel enclosure built for weather and pool chemicals, dedicated circuits for the pumps, heaters, chlorine generation and control systems, and low-voltage LED lighting in the deck and pool niches. Every run on the roof deck is code-compliant, GFCI-protected and bonded to the pool per NEC Article 680.
